Registrations

3
When can I register?

By default, registration opens 5 weeks before the event. For some special events you can register earlier.

How do I cancel my registration?

You can cancel up to 14 days before the event. (Your reservation fee is then refunded as a voucher.) To cancel, send us an e-mail via the contact form.

What is the minimum age to play airsoft?

From the age of 18 you can take part in an airsoft event without restrictions.

From the age of 16 you can take part if a parent or guardian gives written permission.

From the age of 14 you can take part if a parent or guardian gives written permission and is also present on site.

Under the age of 14 you cannot take part.

Under the age of 18, full face protection is always mandatory. The parent or guardian does not have to play. The consent is filled in online: your parent or guardian signs the Civil liability document for minors digitally, and at the gate we can see that everything is in order.

BBs

Which BBs are allowed?

Each field has different rules, since we have to take into account the legislation of Belgium, Flanders, Wallonia, the municipality and the landowner.

By default, the following BBs are allowed everywhere: 101, Point Blank, Green Devil, Hidd Eco (grey), Mimetix, G&G BIO, Madbull BIO, X-Treme Precision BIO and Madbull Tracer BIO.

Off-white versions of the brands above are allowed. G&G Bio, for example, looks white but is actually off-white and is therefore allowed.

Additional BBs allowed at Nuketown: G&G bio tracers.

Additional BBs allowed at Chambers & Blackwoods: all (non-white) bio brands.

Pure white BBs are never allowed, on any field! Always check the event details to be sure.

Once we have all the correct certificates and the approval of the environmental services, the municipality and the owner, we will add more brands.

Why are some white bio BBs not allowed?

White bio BBs are not allowed for several reasons.

Some BBs have packaging that says they are biodegradable, but they do not hold the correct and legally valid certificates for Flanders and Belgium.

White BBs are easily swapped with plastic BBs, which makes checking very difficult. In case of abuse we risk losing our permit, and Belgium would be one airsoft field poorer.

Thirdly, we take the conditions of the landowner into account. In some cases it is a deliberate rule of the owner, who does not want white BBs on his terrain.

Can I bring my own BBs?

Of course! You are not required to buy BBs from us. Just make sure you bring the right BBs and keep them in their original packaging.

You can always find the allowed brands in the details of each event.

Replicas

What about DMRs? You distinguish between Class 1 and Class 2 DMRs.

The rules for Class 1: a maximum of 1.7 joules, a minimum engagement distance of 20 metres, no shooting into the buildings (shooting from inside to outside is allowed), a DMR must be technically incapable of full auto, the player must not have a happy "speed" trigger finger, LOW cap magazines only (maximum 90 BBs) and a maximum rate of fire of 25 BBs per second.

The rules for Class 2: a maximum of 2.3 joules, a minimum engagement distance of 20 metres, no shooting into the buildings (shooting from inside to outside is allowed), a DMR must be technically incapable of full auto, a 2 second delay is mandatory and a LOW cap magazine is not required.

When is a replica a DMR?

If it meets the following criteria: semi auto only and locked, a long airsoft replica of at least 80 cm (measured from the muzzle to the back of the stock), stock in firing position (you can shoulder the replica, stock not folded), on the shortest setting for a stock with multiple positions, detachable suppressors that the barrel does not extend into do not count, a sight with magnification, a bipod mounted on the replica, only real, low and midcap magazines, no rapid fire, so only one projectile in the air at a time.

If your replica does not meet these criteria, it is NOT considered a DMR and there will be no discussion about it. Your replica then falls under the other categories and must meet those joule limits.

What do you test the replicas on and with which weights?

On all our fields we test in joules, not FPS.

For AEGs and sidearms the maximum is 1.2 joules, tested with the weight you play with. When in doubt, we test with 0.30 gram BBs.

For DMRs the maximum is 1.7 joules, tested with the weight you play with. When in doubt, we test with 0.40 gram BBs.

For snipers the maximum is 2.3 joules, tested with the weight you play with. When in doubt, we test with 0.40 gram BBs.

Testing is not mandatory, but if you are in doubt it is recommended to test beforehand. If you are pulled off the field for a test during the game and you shoot too hot, the game is over for you. There is no discussion about this, and you cannot continue playing with another replica either. Prevention is better than cure!

Game rules

How do I call a hit?

Shout "HIT-HIT-HIT" loudly and clearly and show your hi-vis vest or raise your hand or replica visibly. Leave the line of fire quickly and walk to the respawn or call a medic.

What is the medic rule?

A medic (yellow armband) can bring you back into the game: you shout "MEDIC-MEDIC", the medic hands over his band and you shout "BACK IN GAME". One revive per life, a second hit means respawn.

Can I aim for the head?

Headshots are not rewarded and must be avoided. Do not aim at the head when other body parts are visible.

What is the pang rule?

There is no official pang rule, use common sense. At close range do not shoot higher than the torso, and you may shout "PANG" to eliminate someone. Automatic panging is not allowed.

Other questions

Do you have a shop at your locations?

At all our fields you can buy BBs and similar supplies. What is available differs per location.

Chambers has a limited range, Fort Knox is a bit more extensive and Nuketown has the biggest shop.

Can I fill HPA bottles at your locations?

At Fort Knox and Nuketown you can have HPA bottles filled. The cost is €3.00 per fill.

At Chambers there is NO option to fill HPA bottles.
