Declaration

The undersigned parents or guardians hold parental authority over the minor named above. They declare the following.

They know that the minor is taking part in an airsoft event of AirsoftEvents / Crimi Events and they consent to it.
A participant is at least 14 years old on the day of the event.
They know that under Belgian weapons legislation a minor may not buy a replica and that carrying a replica in a public place is forbidden. The only exception is an airsoft event organised by a recognised organisation with the necessary permits.
They have read the general rules at airsoftevents.be/en/regels and they agree with them.
Applies to this player If the minor is 14 or 15 years old, at least 1 parent or guardian stays present for the entire duration of the event. That is not needed when the minor can present a valid membership of the AAB (Airsoft Alliantie Belgie) for the year concerned.
Applies to this player If the minor is 16 or 17 years old, this signed document is sufficient. It is presented to the organisation before the game starts.
